Joining on Patreon and connecting that membership to ALR are two separate steps. Paying on Patreon does not by itself tell ALR who you are, so perks only appear once the membership is linked to your ALR account.
Use the same ALR account you want your perks attached to. If you are not signed in yet, start with the login page and return to your account screen.
Go to the account page and locate the Patreon support panel. That card shows whether Patreon is currently linked and what tier ALR sees.
Press the Patreon button inside your account, authorize the Patreon connection, and ALR will return you to your account page after linking.
Your ALR profile stores the Patreon connection so future syncs can match by Patreon ID, even if email addresses differ. If your tier changes later, reopen your account page and reconnect Patreon to refresh the link.
